New Hire Benefits
You have 30 days from your hire date to enroll in benefits which will be effective the 1st of the month following 30 days. Your hire date counts as Day 1.
Keep in mind that once you enroll you will not be able to drop, add or change coverage during 2024 unless you have a qualifying life event.
If you miss four FULL continuous pay periods, your policy will be canceled and you will be offered. If you did not have any payments deducted from your check in the month that your insurance became effective your insurance will be canceled back to 1st of the month and you will not be offered COBRA. Payments have to be deducted from your pay check
**Important Note: The company name on Cigna IDs/documents, will reflect as BDS Connected Solutions, LLC. BDS is our sister company and both companies’ combined benefits to improve plan rates and design. BDS Connected Solutions, LLC will be the name of the Cigna plans for 2024.
