Employee Discounts

401k Aon Pep Voya

Apollo Retail Specialists offers 401K to all employees. Full time employees are eligible to enroll the 1st of the month after 60 days of employment and Variable Full-time/Part-time employees are eligible to enroll the 1st of the month following 12 months of employment.

 

Our 401K provider is Voya.  Apollo matches $0.50 for every dollar up contribute up to 3%.  Once eligible, Voya will send enrollment information via mail to your address on file in ADP 7-10 business dates following the date you are first eligible to participate in the Aon PEP.

Field Paid Sick Time

Some states require paid sick time. If you live in one of the states below you could receive paid sick time. Click on the button below to review your state memo. If your state is not listed, then your state does not require paid sick leave at this time.

Family Medical Leave

The Family and Medical Leave Act provides eligible employees the opportunity to take unpaid, job-protected leave for certain specified reasons. The maximum amount of leave you may use is either 12 or 26 weeks within a 12-month period, depending on the reasons for the leave.


FMLA Questions or Concerns:
While our FMLA policy in our handbook provides a great deal of information, FMLA still can be a confusing process. To start the process or questions, concerns regarding your eligibility for FMLA can be directed to the Human Resources Department at 877-215-1998 or hr@apolloretail.com


An employee may also have rights to family medical leave under state law. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under state law. If your leave qualifies as leave under the FMLA and state law, then the leave will be counted under both statutes and run concurrently, when permitted. In all cases, you will have the benefit of the most generous leave statute, subject to eligibility requirements.
